Day 2 of our Market coverage, and there is SO VERY MUCH to share! Many of you have already been perusing (& shopping!) our pages & this is really just to showcase & share my charming narratives & descriptions (aka, my yipyap)!

CARRIAGE HOUSE SAMPLINGS
Map of Hawk Run Hollow - Oh. My. Goodness. This might be my favorite Hawk Run of all!! How cool is this? Included in here are lots of places you've seen in earlier Hawk Runs ~ how fun is this? Totally different, yet totally fun!
Love Birds - Such a sweet design! And this introduces a new box from Stephanie! It has a sliding top that slopes upto the stitching area. It slides into the top of the box from the end. Inside the box, there are 4 little compartments for storing whatver you like. Or, you can remove the dividers & have 1 big compartment! Another well-made creation from Lone Elm!
The Patriot - A fabulous patriotic design ~ not too cutesy, very Americana. On the left, it's shown in the top of an 8x10 Timber Brown box, on the right she's shown it in either a Brick Red or a Union Blue box.
Red-Winged Blackbird - already a favorite!! I love the combo of the quilt block center & the cute blackbirds around the outside! So creative. Shown in the top of a 4" pincushion, on the left is Avocado, on the right you'll see Black Iron, Bittersweet & Avocado again. I love that she's shown you all the colors that really go with her threads. Also, LOVE that she trimmed it with the pompoms! Just a bit of whimsy!
Hallowed Ground - eeeeekk! A little bit of spooky for your stitching! Looks like these guys are up for a party! Again, she's put it in the top of a sliding lid box & trimmed it with some tinu rick rack. Fun, fun!
These Bones - "In this tomb my bones delight, Peace and Rest both day and night". Hilarious! And what could be more appropriate than a box that looks like a coffin???
Fire Burn & Cauldron Bubble: Halloween Mandala #3 - I LOVE these! See how many spooky things you can find ~ bats, hats, cats & cauldrons. What else do you see?
Ghostly Mandala (#4) - As she says on her site, more ghosts than an episode of Scooby Doo!! Hilarious!
Flag Day - Stars, Stripes, Eagles & more! This fabric is wicked cool for this! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

What fun creations these are! We started seeing her chenilles a couple weeks ago & we've been itching to get our hands on these waxers since we saw the cute sheep one on the Shepherd's Bush blog! Of course, NOW our favorite is the strawberry! But they are all darling! I gotta tell ya, everyone that uses these just loves them. I love them just for the fact that they are DARLING! Start a collection (or 2!).

Harvest Blocks Sampler - Lots of harvesting going on here! My favorite is the squirrels harvesting the acorns!
Tree Angel Ornament - She's so cute~ I love the top & bottom borders!
Santa Ornament - How great! He's cute ~ and he goes with the angel ornament!
Christmas Tag Ornaments - LOVE these ornaments! Very primitive!
A new company to us, she has some great designs we've been seeing on Facebook! We think you'll love them as much as we do!

Red Summer House - LOVE the house (I know, I know). And those beehives are huge!! The designer was planning to finish hers as another drumroll, but there are lots of great ways to go with this. I think it would be a nice pillow!
Honey Bees - Love how the letters look like there are little bees all around them!
Bermuda Bay - What a cute thread keep & scissor fob ~ love the little buoy on the fob! And the way she did the little scissor pocket on the back is great!
French Country Santa - So fun!! I love Judy's French Country designs. Part of the fun is seeing how many fun little motifs she's hidden in the pattern. I think I like this one finished on the hornbook ~ it's different & fun!!
Trick or Treat - Too cute! Fun little bags for a fun holiday! Love these.
Alphabet Owl - once again, the one I'm so drawn to is the little one stitched over 1 thread.... Every time I see Judy's pieces, my favorites are the tiny ones. If only I could convince myself that I REALLY DO WANT to stitch over 1....

Tidings of Joy - Gorgeous redwork design ~ feels very Scandinavian.
Autumn Basket with Birds - so sweet! I love the finishing on these!
Up On the Housetop - this is a LIMITED EDITION kit, so be quick! We love it!
Peace at Christmastide - this is a lovely sampler. And while it is designated as a "Christmas" design, the sentiment is certainly appropriate year-round.

Happiness - This is just lovely!

Christmas Memories - I always love Marie's designs ~ the detail is phenomenal! This one has awesome little ornaments hanging from the feather tree & "popcorn & cranberry" garland!
Laser Lace Ornaments - These GORGEOUS ornaments are amazing!! Each one comes with the chart & the wooden ornament (see below). The designer has painted hers white, but you can paint yours to coordinate with your ornament or you can leave in in a more primitive unfinished appearance! Each of these designs is stitched OVER 1 THREAD on either 28ct or 32ct. Now, as I've PERHAPS mentioned before, I'm not a fan of STITCHING over 1, but I'm a huge fan of the appearance of over 1. Having said that, these darling designs are small enough that even I am willing to stitch them over 1. So don't let that scare you off! You can get additional wooden ornaments if you'd like to do more than 1 of a design, too!
Ornaments, plain - these ornaments come with 2 different size mounting boards, so no matter what you stitch, something should fit. Also, there will be more styles of ornaments in the next newsletter, so stay tuned! These are so cool!

A Red Merry Christmas - I love this. Each different aspect of it is wonderful. Love the ribbony border. Love the tree itself. Love that it's all in red. I might be starting this one soon (notice I didn't say finishing....).
