PAJAMA PARTY TIME!

A few weeks ago, we were talking about having a good weekend ~ and what exactly that entailed. There were lots of comments, but the final consensus was "staying in your pajamas all weekend". While we can't contol your whole weekend, a Saturday morning when you can stay in your jammies AND have fun shopping for some of your favorite goodies sounds like a GREAT start to the weekend! So, we decided to have a Pajama Party! Here's how OUR Pajama Party works.

On Saturday April 21st, arrive at the shop between 8AM & 9AM & we will stamp your hand, or band you (or otherwise scar you for life!). Shop as long as you like, or until 3PM...whichever comes first...and get 20% off your purchase.

Get to the shop between 9AM & 10AM, get marked & get 15% off your purchase.

You DO NOT have to check out during that time period ~ just check in!

Now, here's where the Pajamas come in. If you are in your pajamas when you're ready to check out, you'll get an extra 5% off (so, 25% off if you arrive between 8 & 9, or 20% if you arrive between 9 & 10). You MUST BE in your jammies when you check out ~ so no coming in, getting your hand stamped then changing into your regular clothes! But hey, come check in, get your hand stamped & go have breakfast with friends (Megan's is close by!). If everyone's in pajamas, no one will care! Then head back to the shop & gather your goodies!

But wait! There's more! We're also doing a modified yard sale! We have lots of things that have been discontinued or are no longer available. On Saturday, we'll have a some tables set up with bins of "oldies but goodies". We'll also have bags for you. Fit as much as you can in the bag, staple it closed & take it all home for $15.oo. As long as it fits in the bag & you can staple the bag closed, it's all yours for $15.0o!!

*NOTE* There's no additional discount on the yard bags!

Now, there are no restrictions, except the usual: no discounts apply to Dazors lamps, Lone Elm boxes & project bags from Kris' Kreations. You can't use your Frequent Stitcher's Points in conjunction with this sale.

Okay, your next question is, what if I can't come in to the shop? No worries! You CAN shop online & get your discount. The same rules apply, but you're gonna have to work a little bit for it! You do need to get your order in to us during the designated timeframe ~ so if you submit your order between 8AM & 9AM EAST COAST TIME you'll get 20% off; 9AM to 10AM EAST COAST TIME gets you 15% off. AND you can get your pajama 5% ~ but you must describe your pajamas in the comment section of your online order. The most important part here is knowing what time it is at your house vs. what time it is here. You do have to get your order in during the EAST COAST time frame!

This used to be much harder to figure out...and some people still have trouble with it...but let me give you a "Jimmy" hint: *eyeroll* :You can do it on your phone!! That's right, just about every smartphone has a clock feature & under that clock feature is something called "world clock". Open world clock & tell it what part of the world you need the time for. So it will tell you when, at your house, it is 8AM on the East Coast of the USA. Take some time to figure that out & then set your alarms ~ if you live in California, that order needs to be submitted between 5AM & 6AM or 6AM & 7AM your time (becuase you are 3 hours behind us). If you live in Sydney Australia, your order needs to be submitted between 9PM & 10PM or 10PM & 11PM on Saturday April 21st (because you are 14 hours ahead of us).

Figure this out ahead of time! There are "some people" (who are related to me) who live in New Zealand who have not yet figured this out ~ "why is our phone ringing at midnight? WHAT'S WRONG??"

There ARE restrictions on your pajamas! First of all, keep in mind that this is probably not the day to wear your slinky lingerie, no matter what you sleep in ~ I can almost GUARANTEE you that you will A) run out of gas; B) get pulled over by the cops; C) witness an accident; D) HAVE to stop for coffee & there's no drive thru; or E) most likely, all of the above. So use some common sense!

In fact, this is a PAJAMA PARTY ~ that does not mean that you can wear what you sleep in...WE DON'T WANT TO KNOW what you sleep in! We've heard MORE THAN WE EVER WANTED TO KNOW about some of our favorite stitchers. So we promise you that we will be in pajamas, not what we sleep in. Some things you can't unsee.

So let me tell ya what DOES NOT count as pajamas:

Yoga pants are NOT pajamas!

Sweats are NOT pajamas!

Scrubs are NOT pajamas!

So dress appropriately! And set your alarm clock, because 8AM comes early on a Saturday!
